10月24日，由盖世汽车主办的2024第六届“金辑奖”颁奖盛典在上海市圆满落幕。诺博汽车凭借汽车低碳环保地毯荣获本年度金辑奖中国汽车新供应链百强，诺博汽车上海分公司座椅研发总监刘志出席颁奖典礼。

其中，毯坯采用生物基PA56材料代替传统石油基PA6材料，发泡附件采用环保型聚氨酯发泡技术，使用蓖麻油生物基聚醚，解决以往高生物基含量材料在物理性能上的瓶颈，确保压缩永久变形、断裂伸长率和硬度等性能指标上依然保持高标准。

此款产品可应用于多种汽车聚氨酯发泡地毯，如针刺发泡地毯、簇绒发泡地毯。通过低碳材料与环保工艺的深度融合，诺博汽车致力于打造更环保、更舒适、更清新的座舱环境，引领绿色出行新风尚。

Specifically,the carpet base uses bio-based PA56 material instead of traditional petroleum-based PA6, while the foam attachments employ eco-friendly polyurethane foaming technology with castor oil bio-based polyether. This approach overcomes the previous limitations of high bio-content materials in terms of physical performance, ensuring that key properties such as compression set, elongation at break, and hardness meet high standards.

This product can be used in a variety of automotive polyurethane foam carpet, such as needled foam carpets and tufted foam carpets.By deeply integrating low-carbon materials with eco-friendly processes, NOBO is committed to creating a more eco-friendly, comfortable, and refreshing cabin environment, leading the trend in green travel.
